I have been working with patents to retail on my invention. So far communication and product development have been great. We are currently waiting for the first shipment. Hoping to make the money I invested back via royalties as quick as I can. The hope is to exceed that and continue manufacturing spin off products. I will update as I progress.

I recently spoke with Mr. Miller regarding the invention project I have. He went over everything in detail what they provide. After seeing all the successes, they have had on their website. And his experience of being in the industry for 40 years, who even worked with Joseph Woodland who invented the bar code, on another invention that Mr. Miller had done with Mr. Woodland. I learned so much from him and knew that this was a company I wanted to work with. A+ Rating

Can Patents Be Sold, Licensed, or Assigned? Can I Sell My Patent?

“Can I sell my patent.” Yes! Patents can be sold, licensed, or assigned. Every patent is different, and each option has its advantages and disadvantages. That’s why it’s important to consult with professionals like the team at Patents To Retail Patent Services. Here’s what you need to know about each option:

Selling

This is the simplest option. You sell your patent to another company or individual who pays you a lump sum for the rights to the patent. We have partnerships with companies that buy patents with whom we can match you if you choose to pursue this option.

Licensing

Companies or individuals can use your patent through licensing in exchange for a royalty. The royalty can be a percentage of sales or a fixed rate per item sold. This option is great if you want to maintain control over your patent and can be a great way to generate passive income.

Assigning

This option transfers full ownership of the patent to another party. One great advantage of this option is that you can assign a patent to companies that buy patents for a lump sum, which can provide an immediate financial benefit.
